Hardwired Radio


We exist as a medium for aspiring DJs around the world to broadcast their love of industrial/ebm/goth/darkwave/electronic music. Each DJ brings their own personal music, perception, humour and personality for their shows. To assist listeners in finding when their favourite DJ is playing we have posted a DJ Schedule here. HardWired Radio is a non-profit organization and therefore must be watchful of resources. Our website and web casting technology is made possible by Microsoft software and is available for free at the Microsoft website. If you are interested in DJ-ing for HardWired Radio you will have to meet the minimum requirements of Windows Media Encoder. Then you can email Lord Megatron requesting broadcast privileges.

The Org:
HardWired Radio website and technology is operated and maintained by CEO Notanee Bourassa who is referred to as Lord Megatron. We are a three tiered organization. Administrators, Moderators and DJs:
  • A team of "Administrators" are charged with the duties of cooperative website maintenance, message board administration, broadcast privilege reviews, event organizations and new ideas.
  • A team of "Moderators" are charged with the duties of maintaining chat room regulations, supporting the DJs in the chat room and reporting technical problems with the website or web cast to Lord Megatron real-time if possible. If there is a technical problem regarding the chat room, they are to contact Starchat.Net for support.
  • Our "DJs" are charged with the duties of keeping their play lists fresh, being punctual, performing with a sense of professionalism and fun and taking personal responsibility for promoting their show using correct and modern links to HardWired Radio, their own websites where they have their play list published and the time they broadcast their show.
